In the early hours of 10th August 1992 in Brooklyn, New York City, a 39-year-old woman suffering from long-term mental health issues found herself in an unfamiliar area near Highland Park. She was lured to the park by a stranger. The man then shot her twice and stabbed her more than 100 times. The vicious murder was carried out by Heriberto Seda who believed he was following in the footsteps of the notorious Zodiac Killer. Within four years Seda attacked more than nine innocent victims, killing three. He sought out and stalked victims on the edge of society.
