Swindon, England 19th March 2011 at 2.53 a.m. CCTV showed 22-year-old Sian O’Callaghan leaving a nightclub then later getting into a taxi. Little did she know her cab driver was a ruthless killer. There were complainants. There were enough complainants that it was really having an impact. We felt strongly that we had to act to protect others, if only to warn others.
